LOOT47 Launch โ Living Build Doc
The working document for launching LOOT47. This page grows as we build โ tasks get checked, gates get hit, the log gets entries. Everything else in the project links from here.
1 Launch Overview
The strategy in one screen. Panel verdict: fund it, in two stages.
The Plan
- Stage 1 โ validate one angle. "3 GHL Businesses To Start In 2027 That Won't Die In 6 Months" โ article + 6 sarcastic guru-scorn ads + 2 direct ads. $300โ500 over 7 days.
- Stage 2 โ scale what worked across the Ad Ideas Board: Wasted Potential, Two-Doors + Progress Graph, Broke Shame family.
- Discipline: killers, but inside Facebook/Instagram rules. Safe language everywhere. Account health is the business.
Blocking Decisions (pick before build starts)
- Buyer lane: GHL/guru-burnout crowd (recommended โ rank 1 pain) vs general beginners. This re-ranks the whole board.
- Offer name fix: the "$3M in 4 months" claim has to go (details below).
2 The Offer Stack
As approved. Sunday Club is parked until front-end traction proves out.
| Step | Offer | Price | Conservative Take Rate | Revenue / 100 Buyers | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Main | LOOT โ 47 Digital Products (done-for-you, resale rights) | $47 | 100 buyers | $4,700 | Live |
| Bump 1 | Low Ticket Creation Skills | $27 | ~12% | $324 | Live |
| Bump 2 | In-House Custom GPT Suite (name fix pending โ see below) | $37 | ~10% | $370 | Rename first |
| Upsell 1 | Sunday Club โ $97/month | $97/mo | โ | โ | Parked |
| Downsell | Sunday Club free trial | $97/mo | โ | โ | Parked |
| Upsell 2 | 1,000 Ad Templates | $197 | ~5% | $985 | Live |
| Upsell 3 | Advertorial Pack | $297 | ~3% | $891 | Live |
| Effective cart value (conservative / warm traffic) | $73 / $88 โ breakeven CPA โ $73 | ||||
Rules Fix โ Blocking
"Used To Generate $3M In 4 Months" is an earnings claim sitting inside a product name in the checkout flow. Facebook reviews the destination pages โ that phrase risks the domain, not just an ad. Rename to something like "The GPT Suite Our Team Uses In-House" and carry the proof via screenshots and testimonials instead of dollar figures. Same credibility, zero policy exposure.
Empathy-First Traffic Rule
The shame-angle ads ("being broke is isolating") point at people under real financial pressure. Those ads land on the $47 entry only โ never surface a $605 maximum stack to that traffic. The deal-seeker and retargeting audiences can see the full ladder.
3 Initial Tasks
The launch build list. Checked off and annotated as we go.
A ยท Offer & Compliance
Rename Bump 2 โ remove the earnings claim
Drop "$3M in 4 months" from the GPT Suite name everywhere in the checkout flow. Replacement suggestion in Section 2.
Facebook-safe pass on the 11 live articles
Soften the results claims flagged in the ad-angles report ("14 of them made their first sale", "you'd have made $1,200", etc.) before any ad points at them. Same stories, no results language.
Domain check on ad destinations
Until the DNS flip happens, classic-article ads must point at loot47-reports.pages.dev slugs, not reports.loot47.com. Stage 1 article lives on digitalassetideas.com โ unaffected.
B ยท Blocking Decisions
Pick the buyer lane
GHL/guru-burnout (recommended โ the "won't die in 6 months" crowd) vs general beginners. Blocks creative direction and the board ranking.
C ยท Stage 1 Build
Article: "3 GHL Businesses To Start In 2027 That Won't Die In 6 Months"
Guru-scorn voice on digitalassetideas.com. Contrarian structure: name the dying models โ why they die โ the three that survive (asset-based, not hype-based) โ offer reveal at the bottom โ get.loot47.com.
6 image ads from the "Please Be Another..." family
News-native styles from the swipe templates. All six point at the article. Hooks straight from the board: "please be another video...", "please be another ad selling AI operators", "pay to join a Skool group then pay for the course", "another AI agency course", the 10th-video line, the evaluation-call line.
2 direct ads โ get.loot47.com
(1) The offer-stack angle: 47 products for $47, no call, no mastermind. (2) The two-doors meme: GETTING TRAFFIC (empty door) vs BUILDING ANOTHER PRODUCT (crowd). Retargeting + deal-seeker audiences.
Tracking before a single dollar moves
Meta Pixel + Conversions API on get.loot47.com. Purchase + InitiateCheckout events verified. UTM convention: utm_campaign=<campaign-slug>. Retargeting audience: article readers at 75% scroll depth.
Launch the test โ 8 ads, $300โ500, 7 days
Conversions objective (Purchase). All 8 live together, small budgets, let the algorithm sort. Kill/scale rules in Section 4.
D ยท Parked (later)
Sunday Club return
Trigger: 100 front-end sales + CPA stable under $55. Re-add $97/month with the free-trial downsell.
Top 47 Offers list + per-offer vibe-coded sales pages
IdeaBrowser-style detail pages for each of the 47 products.
Progress-graph visual + remaining mechanics
1-year jagged chart vs 5-year straight line; handwritten multiple choice; kid-question interactive.
4 Stage 1 โ The Validation Launch
One angle, eight ads, seven days. This stage answers one question only: does a sharp pain + this stack convert at a profitable CPA?
What Ships
- 1 article (guru-scorn, contrarian listicle) on digitalassetideas.com
- 6 advertorial-sending image ads (the "Please Be Another..." family)
- 2 direct-to-offer image ads (offer stack + two-doors)
- Full tracking (pixel, CAPI, events, retargeting audience)
Kill & Scale Rules
- Budgets: $4โ5 per ad per day. Never turn ads off โ adjust budget only.
- Kill any ad with 3,000+ impressions, zero purchases, no exceptions.
- Scale survivors by 20% every 48 hours. Never double overnight.
- Retarget article readers (75% scroll) with the 2 direct ads before touching cold budgets.
- Change one variable at a time โ copy OR image, never both in the same week.
The Angle Being Tested
The rank-1 pain on the board: "Every business model I try dies in 6 months." The article turns that anger into the reframe โ models die because they're built on hype, not assets โ and LOOT47 is the asset-based answer: 47 finished products you own outright. The ads mirror the reader's feed back at them in their own words.
5 Decision Gates
Numbers decide what happens next. No vibes.
| Result after the 7-day test | Reading | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Full-stack CPA under $55 | The angle and stack both work | Stage 2: scale this angle 20%/48h, then open the next board family (Wasted Potential) |
| CPA $55โ75 | Angle works, creative or targeting is leaking | Iterate: two rounds of single-variable creative changes, then re-measure |
| CPA over $75 | Wrong lane or wrong offer framing | Rethink: switch to Option 2 (Wasted Potential) or re-price the ladder |
| Zero purchases after $150 spend / 10,000 impressions | The pain doesn't convert this offer | Kill: angle dead โ move to the next family on the board |
| Account flag or ad disapproval | Policy exposure found | Pause: fix the flagged language first, never re-submit the same creative twice |
